Agreements
These general terms and conditions apply as soon as you start using our website, and when you book a guided tour these terms and conditions become an agreement between you and Baobab Tours Nosy-Be Tours & Excursion. You who are the customer can be a person representing a group. We are obliged to inform you of your rights and the conditions. Under which we can deliver the services we are providing to you.
1. Acceptable use of our website
All content on this website is protected by copyright law.
PDF files available for download from this website can be stored on your telephone or personal computer. Those PDF files are for personal and informative use only. Hotels and partners are allowed to distribute PDF files generated by our systems as long as the purpose is to represent our products and services.
Content on this website can’t be reused in other public web projects without changing the wording. You will need written permission from Baobab Tours Nosy-Be Tours & Excursion just in case you want to use our information “as is”.
Images Copyright belongs to the original owners and photographers. Images we use on this website are taken with our cameras, donated by our guests, or from participants who have permitted us to use their images, or the images are licensed from external image stocks.
Any attempt to hack, block, destroy, infect, damage, or destroy this website or in any similar way perform activities that affect and prevent our website/network from working is not permitted.

Agreements

3. Booking and processing your order
Orders can be made in writing, via dialogue in WhatsApp, or by a third party. The deadline for booking is 24 hours before the start of the tour.
The agreement applies to a specific arrangement. This agreement comes into force as soon as you receive the confirmation. The confirmation will be sent to you from Baobab Tours Nosy-Be Tours & Excursion via WhatsApp.
4. Verification
We will reply to all requests via WhatsApp, the functionality integrated into this website is activated when you click the Book Guided Tour button. The information you provide will be sent to our WhatsApp. We will send an answer to your WhatsApp. If we don’t receive any response from you in WhatsApp, we will try to get the order verified by sending you an email to the email address you provided.
5. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment has to be made when a tour starts. You can pay the total amount directly to the guide, or make a bank transfer. You (The customer) must pay for the tour before the deadline specified in the response from us in WhatsApp, or in the confirmation we mailed you.
5. Cancellation rules
You can cancel verbally or by writing to Baobab Tours Nosy-Be Tours & Excursion, or to the place where the booking was made. The deadline for cancellation is no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour, or the the start of the excursion.
When booking a tour or excursion that includes accommodation, the deadline for cancellation is no later than 72 hours before the tour starts.
8. Reservations
Baobab Tours Nosy-Be Tours & Excursion reserves the right to change the program of a tour or cancel a program in its entirety if it is not feasible.
Changes can occur due to weather conditions, or for technical reasons. We will at any time inform you as soon as we become aware of an issue that means that a program must be changed, in whole or in part, or canceled. Our tour guides are obliged to inform you clearly about such changes. If the change of the program is drastic, or not feasible and is canceled, then we will allow you to participate on an alternative tour, or you are allowed to withdraw from the agreement.
7. Complaints
Our customers are important to us. Do you have something you would like to complain about? Was there anything on the tour that didn’t meet your expectations or something that didn’t match the information on this website?
We are happy to listen.
All complaints will be analyzed.
If there is something you want to complain about, please forward the complaint to us no later than two days after the end of the tour.
If there is a disagreement regarding the tour arrangement, the parties to this agreement must do their best to reach an agreement. Any refund cannot exceed the total price of the tour.
