Nosy Tanikely, Marine Park with the status of a National Park
In Malagasy, Nosy Antanihely «The Island of The Small Earth». The island is recognized for its remarkable marine and land biodiversity. Despite its small size of 341ha, this island has the status of a National Park. One of the main sources of income for the island’s population is tourism. The island is located 8.5 km South of Nosy-Be and East of Nosy Komba.
Other interesting species living on the Nosy Tanikely Island are reptiles, turtles, geckos and chameleons.
There are two nice beaches on this Island, Ouest Beach and Principale Beach.
Wonderful place if you want to dive or do snorkeling
The coral reef and underwater life here are very diverse and colorful

You will be picked up by car. Transfer between Nosy-Be and Nosy Tanikely is by boat from Ambataloaka Beach
Please Note
- We board the boat directly from the beach. This applies both ways to the island and from the island. A towel can be useful to have on departure. We recommend bringing sandals if you do not want to walk barefoot.
- Safety at sea is important to all of us. Please follow all instructions given by the crew of the boat, use life jacket, avoid smoking as long as you are in the boat, etc
